I never use to be a fan of looking after myself - I hear gasps, i'm gay you say? tell me about it's such an expectation to live up to - but anyway I would drink every weekend, eat cake, drink more and eat KFC. When I moved to Australia immediately you realise everybody really looks after them selves inside an out so then became the diet - coff I've lost nearly 40kg so far coff - and then following skin care products.
