My "New Year, New Me" Project so far

Some of you maybe following my weighloss and body toning project called "New Year. New Me" I have been doing it now for 5 weeks (apart from week 5 no working out due to my Dietlicious 5 Day Cleanse)

I decided as I have pretty much finished my 5 Day Cleanse to take a picture of me after it and compared it to week 4 picture I took. Check them out below - amazing results, I feel AH-Mazing and feel very pleased that I haven't touch any drink other than water in 5 days, I have had a gluten & dairy & wheat free packet of chips on the first day as I found it really tough but it SO worth doing!! No I am pretty sure you can all see the difference from week 4 to 5 now I want to show you all the difference the day before I started and then 5 weeks on. I feel awesome and I look great although will look event better once I start back at the gym next week in order to burn a little more weight to get me down to my ideal weight and also tone up my muscles so gym classes here. I. Come!!!

So as you can see I have lost weight, toned up a little and feeling great!! All this is due to cutting out carbs either completely or having very little of an evening and only having carbs at lunch on days I go to the gym....

I feel really good and I feel I look good to... I will now check in every couple of weeks instead of weekly as it makes more sense to do that :)
