#TakeOn2014 - Week 1 & 2

I decided that 2014 was my year to get into shape! over the last 24 months I lost around 40kg and now its time to start gaining muscle mass! First things first was to shift that horrific Christmas Food Baby so I decided to spend January losing the extra 3kg I put on, yeah I know right! Disgusting! So knowing what worked for me in the past I decided to gradually take things out of my diet. I will every Monday post an update on my food diary and my measurements! Would love for you to get involved and any advice would be FAB!

Week 1 consisted of eating partially healthy but still eating the food I like and the chocolate! I then worked out heaps! so in 7 days I did the following to kick start my 2014 regime with a bang!

  • 2x lengths are the pool
  • 4 runs
  • 40 minute bike (at the gym before my PT session)
  • 1x PT session
Week 2 last week consisted of slighly better but cutting out all fizzy drinks, chocolates and chips! You will see that I slipped and had a can of Red Bull during the week and some Dorito's on Sunday at a BBQ I had, were all allowed a Free day right! I will keep this one short and sweet but each week I will make it more informative! I'll write it as I got each day so its more in depth but thought I would bring you up to speed and then go from there :)
