Day 2 of my #Dietlicious5DayCleanse

Well Day 2 - Started having a headache, feeling tired and a little weak but this is normal for a detox ... probably me having withdrawal symptoms to no sugar ha!! as you can see the menu from Day 2 wasn't much different from Day 1 apart from the Super Smoothie and the Lunch so check out below...

First up Lemon + water
 Breakfast Mixed berry w cacao smoothie 
This was yummo (i wouldn't mind these smoothies to buy separately yum yum)
Mid Morning Fruit + nut mix

Lunch Vegetable cakes w red capsicum sauce 
Different, tasty and filling


Mid Afternoon Seasonal fruit + ginger tea 


Dinner Vegetable & lentil soup 


Snack Seasonal fruit
